Can I use my first-time customer coupon on sale items?
To keep our family farm sustainable and our prices fair, we only allow one discount per order. Our system is set up to prioritize the sale price, so the welcome coupon will not apply to a cart if it contains on-sale items.
What if I have both sale and regular-priced items in my cart?
Coupons will not apply. You may remove on-sale items from your cart and use the coupon code with regular-priced items.
Can I save my first-time coupon for a future order?
Since this code is a special "welcome" for new customers, it is only valid for your very first purchase. We recommend using it today on your favorite regular-priced staples to ensure you get the benefit of the discount!
Why isn’t my discount code working?
The most common reasons a code won't apply are:
Existing Sales: You have items in your cart that are already discounted.
One-Time Use: The code has already been used on a previous order.
